End User License Agreement

🤝Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Souri Apps LLC ("Souri Apps") for the Quetix software product ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

✅Permitted use

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Souri Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

Install and run one (1) instance of the Software per machine you own or control
Use the Software for your own internal business or personal productivity
Make reasonable backup copies of the Software files and database

🚫Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute — sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties
Host as a service — expose Quetix as a multi-tenant hosted offering to unrelated third parties
Reverse-engineer for competitive purposes — decompile or disassemble the Software for the purpose of building a competing product
Remove attribution — remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices

Individual self-hosting, internal team deployments, and reading or modifying the code for personal understanding are expressly permitted.

📚Open-source components

The Software includes open-source libraries distributed under their respective licenses, including but not limited to React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Express, imapflow, mailparser, and better-sqlite3. Those licenses govern your use of those components. Nothing in this EULA limits your rights under those open-source licenses.

🛡️No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SOURI APPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

⚖️Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically upon your breach of any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (restrictions, disclaimers, limitations) survive.
