We aim to respond within one business day. Include your Quetix version, OS, and any relevant logs from the server stdout.
IMAP authentication fails on Gmail. Gmail blocks password-only login. Generate an app password with 2-step verification enabled, and use that in the Sources wizard.
iCloud returns "Invalid credentials". Apple requires an app-specific password for IMAP. Generate one at appleid.apple.com.
Extraction falls back to heuristics. Either ANTHROPIC_API_KEY is missing in server/.env, or the Claude call is failing. Check the server log for the reason.
Tickets aren't appearing. Confirm the source status is "Live" (not Paused or Error) on the Sources page, then click the refresh icon in the top bar to force a sync.
Port 4300 is in use. Change PORT in server/.env and the proxy target in client/vite.config.ts.
