By installing or using Quetix, you agree to the terms below. Plain-language version: run it on machines you control, don't try to break it, and you own your tickets.
Quetix ("the Software") is a local-first email-to-ticket application provided by Souri Apps LLC ("Souri Apps", "we", "us"). The Software polls email inboxes you configure, extracts structured ticket fields, and stores them in a local SQLite database on your machine.
These Terms govern your installation and use of the Software. If you do not agree, do not install or use Quetix.
Subject to these Terms, Souri Apps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on machines you own or control.
The specific grant and restrictions are detailed in the End User License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may not:
Quetix integrates with third-party services, including Anthropic's API for field extraction and IMAP providers you configure. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Souri Apps is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or pricing.
INTRAY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOURI APPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid Souri Apps for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are reflected on this page with a new Last updated date and called out in the changelog. Continued use of Quetix after changes constitutes acceptance.
